I am a licensed psychologist in Austin, Texas who works with adolescents, young adults, as well as adult populations. I provide individual, group, and family therapy. I work with my clients to help them achieve a greater sense of awareness so that they may identify patterns and behaviors that interfere with living the life they want. I strive to instill a sense of hope, as I think this is an important part of the process.
I also write and present on topics in the field of mental health. My work has been featured in Business Insider, TIME, and Psychology Today.
