Meal Support

Navigating meals can be one of the most challenging parts of recovery from disordered eating. We offer guided support during meals or snacks—virtual or in-person. We provide support, help with accountability, and co-regulation to reduce anxiety and help you follow your recovery goals in real time. Our Meal Support service provides a safe, structured, and compassionate space to help you face food with guidance.
