women's body image process groups

This group is for clients who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and others. The group runs as a process group, with no guidance for each session, and has the clear intentions of helping with negative self-talk and improving body image. 

When: Tuesdays 2pm-3:30pm
Where: Hybrid (virtual + in-person @ CALM office)
Who: Open to female identifying folks working on body image and interpersonal relationships

teen’s body image process group

This group is for teens who want to get more connected in relationships and deepen their understanding of themselves. The group runs as a process group, with a focus on body image issues, negative self-talk, relationship blocks, and school related stress. The group will work towards greater feelings of overall security.

When: Mondays 4:30pm – 6pm
Where: In-Person
Who: Teens, ages 14 - 18 years

attachment process group

Weekly process group for adults looking to work through issues with insecure attachment and explore barriers to connection. Together, this group will find ways to create deeper security in relationships. Topics will consist of processing attachment wounds, exploring our attachment to food and decoding attachment issues in eating behaviors, relationship and parenting issues, among other things.

When: Wednesdays (bi-weekly) 9:00am - 10:30am

somatic process group

This group introduces a very gentle somatic/mindfulness exercise and then we have room for processing. It aims to be a very realistic/authentic space for those struggling to connect to their bodies for a variety of reasons.

When: Wednesdays 6pm - 7:30pm
Who: Female Identified individuals 18+
