This group is for clients who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and others. The group runs as a process group, with no guidance for each session, and has the clear intentions of helping with negative self-talk and improving body image.
When: Wednesdays 12noon – 1:30pm

new mom support group
Are you a new mom and feeling isolated, overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Do you find yourself feeling distant from friends who don't have kids but are having a hard time connecting with moms or finding new mom friends? With the constant demands of an infant and the rest of your energy often going to your partner or your job, your own mental health might be a forgotten priority in this time of life. Our hope is that this therapist-led support group offers new moms a much-needed space to feel heard, understood, and connected to other moms. Pre-mobile babies welcome!

homebound support group
A weekly in-person group (virtual attendance is an option) for students who are homebound, ages 13-17. Our group will provide a supportive environment for students to make connections with others who are homebound for medical reasons. Our hope is that this group will provide a place for students to spend time together, vent, and process their experience. Group time may also be spent doing art therapy or other fun process activities.
When: Tuesdays 10am - 11:30am

somatic processing group
This group introduces a very gentle somatic/mindfulness exercise and then we have room for processing. It aims to be a very realistic/authentic space for those struggling to connect to their bodies for a variety of reasons.
When: Wednesdays 6pm - 7:30pm
