This group is for clients who want to deepen their relationship with themselves and others. The group runs as a process group, with no guidance for each session, and has the clear intentions of helping with negative self-talk and improving body image. 

When: Tuesdays 2pm-3:30pm

emerging adults process group

This group is designed for young adults aged 21-25 navigating relationships, identity, life transitions, anxiety, loneliness, and the challenges of finding one’s footing in an increasingly disconnected world. Topics will include processing feelings arising from life transitions like finding entry level employment, determining short-/long-term aspirations (social, romantic, lifestyle, career, etc), and overall fears and desires for one’s future.

When: Thursdays 5:30-6:45, starting June 25

attachment-based consultation group

Biweekly consultation group for clinicians looking for community, support, and case consultation to support their work with clients struggling with disordered eating. The group will be led through an attachment-based lens, focusing on how food behaviors can mirror our relational needs as well as exploring the impact of diet culture as a threat to feelings of security.

When: Wednesdays (bi-weekly) 9:00am - 10:30am
