Licensed Master Social Worker Supervised by Kathryn Garland, LCSW-S, CEDS-C
(she/her/hers)
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker based in Austin, Texas. My practice is grounded in a core belief: you are the expert of your own experience. I see my role as a collaborator in your healing journey, and it’s my honor to create a space where every part of you can be welcomed, heard, and cared for.
I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate trauma, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and grief. I see therapy as a journey best supported by consistent, empowering care. My approach is relational and collaborative, weaving warmth and humor with guidance and direction. I am affirming and celebratory of all gender identities, sexual orientations, cultures, ethnic diversity, and relationship structures.
In our work together, I draw from Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support healing and growth. My clinical experience and training have centered on supporting marginalized communities, survivors of relational trauma, and those exploring identity, body image, and self-worth.
It is a privilege to be invited into the stories and lives of my clients. I believe in the possibility of healing, liberation, and connection, and I am grateful for the chance to walk beside you as you step toward healing.
