I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and yoga teacher in training based in Austin, Texas who works with college-aged adults (18+), adults, as well as older adults. While I currently work with individuals, I hope to expand and enter the group setting to incorporate my yoga teacher training, lived experience as a female collegiate athlete, and trauma processing modalities. 

My work is highly relational and attuned, meaning I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as the most important factor in client success and healing. While the working relationship is at the core of my work, I have a passion for incorporating somatic-focused therapy (Generative Somatics), mindfulness practices, and attachment theory to assist clients in cultivating awareness & transformative healing. My clients typically share a variety of the following experiences: Attachment-based trauma, disordered eating & body image concerns, C-PTSD, unconventional grief and loss, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and sports performance. 

I provide my clients an authentic, judgement-free place to explore their own, unique relationships to their mind, body, food, and others. I recognize it takes immense courage to be here, and I am deeply honored to provide witness and support throughout your journey. Through our time together, I ultimately hope to bring you closer to living a life that is meaningful and fulfilling.
